The Child and Family Empowerment Center (CAFE) is the access site for Recovery Housing Programs in the Eastern Region of Missouri. The CAFE offers wrap-around recovery support services and addiction treatment for individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring behavioral health conditions.
